1. Order Processing
Orders are prepared for shipping within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Each piece is carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship via trusted courier services (GLS, DPD, DHL or similar), to the address provided in your order.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or post office locations.
3. Shipping Costs
The shipping cost is displayed at checkout before the order is finalized.
For orders delivered within Romania, free shipping is offered.
For international orders, free shipping is offered.
4. International Shipping
Thomsa Studio Sale ships to most countries within the European Union.
Estimated delivery time for international orders is 12–15 business days, depending on destination.
Please note: Customs duties or local taxes may apply in the destination country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Order Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your package is dispatched.
6. Damaged Items During Shipping
If you receive a package with visible signs of damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include relevant photos.
We will review the case and provide a tailored solution.
7. Delays or Issues
While we work with reliable carriers, delays may occur due to external factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or customs inspections.
